We loved the drive you took us on along the Amalfi coast, Giuseppe. What an incredible experience that was. Thank you Julia for delivering us so cheerfully to our hotel in Sorrento. We enjoyed that drive also. And thank you Claudio for taking us to Herculaneum, waiting for us while we explored, then delivering us to the train station in Naples. I will go now to write a review about you. But I also plan to include you and your company in the book I'm writing: "Great Trips to Italy." You were definitely an important part of our great trip. Hi Giuseppe, Thank you SO much for a wonderful time on our day along the Amalfi coast and our trip to Pompeii and Termini. I think Termini, seeing your town, meeting Enzo and your other friends, seeing the factories and walking through the field to get that wonderful view was a highlight for Phil, Megan, Jim and I. Our trip to the Amalfi Coast was by far the highlight of our 12-day Mediterranean cruise! Giuseppe, despite the Ferragosto traffic, you were able to get us to the sites we needed to see. You helped make our day memorable and we all enjoyed your commentary on the Amalfi countryside, the port at Naples, Mt. Vesuvius, and Positano. We were thankful you were such a skillful driver, able to maneuver your van along those windy coastal roads on the edge of cliffs! Our visit to Pompeii with the private tour guide (Stephen) you arranged for us was exceptional as well. By far, our favorite part of the tour was when you took us to La Tagliata Restaurant. The food, view, staff, and of course, the limoncello! were exceptional. I dream of returning to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, and I wouldn't hesitate to have you as our driver again. I highly recommend your company to anyone touring your area. Thank you again for the wonderful experience touring with you. Hi Giuseppe, I hope you remember Jeanne, Dave, Phyllis and me. You picked us up in Naples on June 15 this year. We had a wonderful trip to the Amalfi Coast and I thank you for providing us with such a memorable tour. Also, Paula was a wonderful guide in Pompeii. I just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our day with Tony (Thurs)! Couldn't have asked for anything more...we saw more than expected....spent time in each stop ad had a wonderful lunch...but with all of the magnificent views, food and history....Tony made it all come alive! (and then some). So we thank you again and please tell Tony....we saw some donkeys as soon as we got back to Boston! I hope we can some day return and see more of your country..... We cruised on Celebrity Equinox and upon arrival in Naples met up with our tour guide Guilia whom we had previously organised a tour with. We had the most fantastic day and Guilia was waiting for us at the Port at 8am. Our day was amazing, travelling in a Mercedes, air-conditioned SUV which was perfect for viewing the beautiful sights of the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Sorrento. Guilia was a wealth of information, helpful beyond our expectations, nothing was too much trouble. Guilia took us to places where the normal tourist coaches could not access and therefore gave us a unique experience which we will remember and treasure forever. The restaurant chosen just outside Sorrento on top of the hill was both amazing with a view over the city, away from the crowds and the food was absolutely magnificent. We wanted to take mamma [the chef] home with us but she wouldn’t come. We also met up with Giuseppe and his tour and were able to share the cost of the guided tour at Pompeii with his tour group which reduced our costs dramatically which we appreciated. We can highly recommend Guilia and Giuseppe to any future travellers to Naples. We would certainly use them again either for a full tour or simply a transfer from port to destination.
